Still Waters of Memory
I painted this pond as an emotional refuge. The lilies drift like delicate thoughts, and the water became a place where noise, hurry, and worry could dissolve. I was thinking about quiet healing, the kind that happens slowly and almost invisibly. This painting is my way of honoring softness, because sometimes peace arrives not with drama, but with a hush.
